Background: Aliniea international, a Canadian-based international development consulting firm, recruited a master trainer and organizational development advisor to play a crucial role in designing and delivering development projects’ learning programs in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture in Ethiopia (MoA). The development projects’ learning programs focused on the design and delivery of Train-the-Trainer programs in four regions of Ethiopia and provide ongoing organization development/change-management support to participants and their institutions to build their facilitation competencies.

Purpose: Ethos of Engagement was contracted to develop a learning plan, based on an existing project implementation plan, in Ethiopia.
