AIESEC Global Development Research Assistant
Mannat Mehta, is a graduate with a double major in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently works as a Global Development intern for Ethos of Engagement Consulting where she supports the research and development of evaluation frameworks, writes blog posts on systems thinking, GEMs & intersectionality and conducts research for foundation grants. She has previously worked as a data analyst in the Special Awards department of the Student Financial Aid Office at UW-Madison and is the former Local Committee President of AIESEC Madison. Mannat is passionate about global and economic development and hopes to gain more experience in the field. She has also written a novel named Motherland, which is expected to be published in the fall of 2021 with Partridge Publishing under Penguin Random House. She was born and brought up in Zambia, raised in India and is bilingual in English and Hindi.
